Yield: 4 servings
1 1/2 lb Young carrots 1 c Water
8 oz Sliced apples 2 oz Butter
1 oz White vinegar Salt & pepper
1 oz Honey
Peel carrots and apples. toss in melted butter, add honey and vinegar
and cook for 4 minutes. Add water and boil for 20 minutes. Allow liquid
to evaprate as much as possible. Season to taste. |
