Italian Herbed Potatoes

      Yield: 4 servings 
  
      2    Green onions, sliced 
      1 tb Margarine 
      1 ts Dried parsley 
    1/4 ts Dried Italian Seasoning 
    1/8 ts Salt 
      3 c  Loose-packed frozen 
           -hash brown potatoes 
    1/4 c  Parmesan cheese 
  
  In a 1-quart micro-wave safe casserole stir together green onions, 
  margarine, parsley flakes, Italian seasoning and salt. Cook, covered on 
  high, or 100% power for 1 2/2 minutes or until onions are tender. 
  Stir in frozen potatoes. Cook, covered, on high for 5 to 7 minutes or 
  until heated through, stirring once.  Add parmesan cheese; toss to coat.
