Gado-gado (mixed Vegetables In Peanut Sauce)

      1 lb Bean sprouts 
      1 lb Potato, new

  Cook potatoes with the skins on. Blanch vegetables until tender- 
  crisp.  Chill all cooked vegetables; arrange attractively.  Serve with
