  3CUPS).PLACE IN A LARGE SAUCEPAN WITH 2 TO 3 TABLESPOONS WATER,COVER AND LE 
  SWEAT OVER LOW HEAT FOR 5 TO 6 MINUTES UNTIL TRANSPARENT.WATCH CAREFULLY,D
