Seafood Salmon Balls Categories: Fish/sea, Appetizers
Yield: 1 servings
14 oz Salmon, drained and flaked 2 ts Horseradish
1/2 ts Liquid BBQ Sauce 1/4 ts Salt
8 oz Cream Cheese 1 c Walnuts or Pecans, chopped
1 tb Onion, grated 1/4 c Fresh Parsley, chopped
1 tb Lemon Juice
Combine all except nuts and parsley. Shape into a log and roll in the nut
mixture. Serve with crackers.
