Seafood Deli Seafood Sandwich Categories: Fish/sea
Yield: 6 servings
8 oz Crap flakes or chunks 2 tb Finely chopped onion
1/3 c Mayonnaise 6 Uncut round sandwich buns
1 c Sliced celery
Shred the crab. Combine with mayonnaise, celery and onion. Cut top 1/3 off
bun. Hollow out bun to form shell. Fill with 1/3 cup mixture. Replace top.
