      1 tb Allspice                            1 tb Thyme 
  1 1/2 ts Cayenne                         1 1/2 ts Fresh-grnd black pepper 
  1 1/2 ts Rubbed sage                       3/4 ts Nutmeg 
    3/4 ts Cinnamon                            2 tb Salt 
      2 tb Garlic powder                       1 tb Sugar 
    1/4 c  Oil                               1/4 c  Soy sauce 
    3/4 c  White vinegar                            Juice of one orange 
           Juice of one lime                   1    Hot pepper, seeded & 
      1 c  Green onions, chopped                    Chopped 
  
  Toss all the ingredients in the blender and blend-away.
