Grandma's Barbq Sauce

      4 tb Sugar 
    1/2 ts Chili powder 
    1/2 ts Allspice 
    1/2 ts Black pepper 
           Pinch of red pepper 
    1/2 ts Vinegar 
      1 c  Catsup 
      2 c  Water 
      5 dr Lemon juice 
  
  Add all ingredients together; bring to boil and pour over ribs and 
  bake about 2 1/2 hours at 300 degrees or until ribs are done and 
  sauce is thick.
