      1 ea Small can tender green peas, 
      1 x  Drained 
 
----------------------------------DRESSING---------------------------------- 
    1/2 c  Vegetable oil 
      1 t  Salt 
    1/4 t  Pepper 
    1/2 c  Red wine vinegar 
    1/2 c  Sugar
