Fibre-rich: Winter Garden Salad

      Yield: 8 servings 
  
      4 c  Cabbage, shredded 
      4 c  Carrots, shredded 
      2 c  Broccoli, chopped 
      1 c  Raisins 
    1/2 c  Sunflower seeds 
 
----------------------------------DRESSING---------------------------------- 
      1 c  Low-fat plain yogurt 
    1/4 c  Chutney 
      1 ts Curry powder 
           Salt 
           Pepper 
  
  In bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, broccoli, raisins and sunflower seeds. 
   
  Dressing: In small bowl, stir together yogurt, chutney and curry powder. 
  Pour over cabbage mixture; toss well to coat evenly. Season with salt and 
  pepper to taste. 
   
  Per serving: about 190 calories, 6 g Protein, 5 g fat, 34 g carbohydrate
