      1 bn Broccoli; separated into 
           -florets 
      1    Cauliflower; separated into 
           -florets 
      8    Bacon strips; fried and 
           -crumbled 
    1/3 c  Onion, chopped 
      1 c  Tomatoes; chopped, seeded 
      2    Eggs, hard boiled; sliced 
      1 c  Mayonnaise or Salad Dressg 
    1/3 c  Sugar 
      2 ts Vinegar 
  
     In a large salad bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower, bacon, onion, 
  tomatoes and eggs. Set aside. 
     In another bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar; mix until 
  smooth. Chill all. Just before serving, mix dressing, pour over salad and 
  toss.
