Dutch Apple Salad

      Yield: 5 servings 
  
      1 c  Cooked, diced Ham 
      2 x  Apples, peeled cored,chopped 
    3/4 c  Cooked, diced Potatoes 
      2 x  Hard-cooked Eggs, chopped 
      2 x  Pickles, chopped 
    1/4 c  Italian or Buttermilk dressi 
  
  Combine ingredients and serve on lettuce leaves.

  Waldorf salad is traditionally a mix of coarsely chopped nuts, apples, 
  celery, and raisins combined with mayonnaise. For a change, substitute 
  fresh chunks of pineapple for the celery, and buttermilk dressing instead 
  of mayonnaise.
