Yield: 6 servings
1 lb Ripe tomatoes 1 lb Tart apples
2 c Sugar 3 lg Sweet peppers
12 sm Onions 1/2 c Chopped mint leaves
1 1/3 c Seeded raisins 3 c Vinegar
2 ts Dry mustard 1 ts Salt
Scald and peel tomatoes. Chop vegetables and fruit. Add mint. Scald and
cool vinegar. Add mustard, salt, and sugar. Combine with chopped
ingredients. Mix until well blended. Let stand 10 days, stirring
