Jellied Horseradish

      Yield: 6 servings 
  
      1 c  Horseradish                     3 1/4 c  Sugar 
    1/2 c  Vinegar                           1/2    Bottle fruit pectin 
  
  Combine horseradish, vinegar, and sugar.  Stir.  Heat rapidly to full 
  rolling boil.  Add fruit pectin.  Stirring constantly, heat again to full 
  rolling boil.  Boil 1/2 minute.  Remove from fire. Let stand 1 minute.
