Preserves : Relishes Beet Cabbage Relish Categories: Relishes
Yield: 6 servings
10 Beets, chopped 1/2 c Sugar
1 c Chopped onions 1 c Chopped cauliflower
2 c Chopped cabbage 3 tb Mustard seed
1 c Red sweet pepper 1 tb Celery seed
1 Stalk celery, chopped 2 To 2 1/4 cups vinegar
2 tb Salt
Combine ingredients. Heat to boiling. Cook slowly, stirring frequently,
