Preserves : Pickles Prune Pickles Categories: Pickles
Yield: 6 servings
1 lb Prunes
1 tb Stick cinnamon
1 ts Whole cloves
1/2 c Vinegar
1 1/2 c Sugar
1 ts Whole allspice
Wash prunes. Cover with cold water. Cover and simmer until tender. Add
sugar, vinegar, and spices. Simmer 20 minutes. Edith Johnson, Genesee, PA.
