Preserves : Jams Basic Honey Jelly Categories: Jams
Yield: 6 servings
1 c Honey
1/4 c Water
1/8 c Liquid fruit pectin
Heat honey and water to boiling, stirring constantly. Add liquid fruit
pectin and bring back to boil. Allow to cool in jelly jars.
