Hidden Valley Ranch Chicken Stir-fry

      Yield: 4 servings 
  
      1 tb Vegetable oil 
    1/2 lb Chicken breast strips 
           -boneless, skinless 
      1 pk Ranch Salad Dressing Mix 
           -Hidden Valley Original 
     16 oz Vegetable medley, thawed 
      2 tb Water 
  
  Heat vegetable oil in large skillet.  Add chicken breast strips.  Stir in 
  one 
  package Hidden Valley Original Ranch Salad Dressing Mix to coat chicken. 
  Add 
  thawed vegetable medley and water.  Stir-fry about 2 minutes.
