2/3 lb Lean pork meat 2 tb Catsup
Oil 2 tb Red wine vinegar
1 ts Ginger powder 2 tb Sugar
1 Clove of garlic 12 Cherry tomatoes
7 oz Pods Salt
1 tb Sesame seed
Cut the meat in very small strips, fry the meat in the hot oil in a wok,
constantly stirring, add after 1 minute the gingerpowder en pressed garlic
and stir-fry another 2 minutes, add the pods, sesamseed, ketchup, vinegar,
sugar and tiny tomatoes, stir-fry another 2 minutes, add salt to taste.
Serve.
