Pork Pineapple Glaze Categories: Ham
Yield: 4 servings
1 c Brown sugar
1 T Cornstarch
1/4 t Salt
8 oz Pineapple, crushed
2 T Lemon juice
1 T Mustard
Used on Baked Ham.
Mix brown sugar, cornstarch and salt in saucepan. Stir in pineapple,
lemon juice and mustard.
Cook over medium heat, stirring till thick. Boil, stirring 1 minute. |
