Four-layer Lemon Pie

      Yield: 8 servings

  1 1/2 c  Flour 
    1/2 c  Vegetable oil 
      2 T  Sugar, heaping 
      5 T  Milk 
 
-----------------------------------LAYER----------------------------------- 
      8 oz Cream cheese,softened 
      4 oz Whipped topping 
      1 c  Powdered sugar 
 
-----------------------------------LAYER----------------------------------- 
      6 oz Instant lemon pudding mix 
      3 c  Milk 
 
-----------------------------------LAYER----------------------------------- 
      4 oz Whipped topping 
  
   LAYER 1: Mix all ingredients together and pat into a pie pan.Bake in 
  a preheated 400 degree oven until browned,8 to 10 minutes. 
   LAYER 2: Beat together and pour into pie shell.Chill. 
   LAYER 3: Mix until thickened and pour on cream cheese layer.Chill. 
   LAYER 4: Cover pie with 4 oz. whipped topping.Chill until serving 
  time.Serves 8
