1/2 lb Linguini 1 tb Sesame oil
Water for boiling 1 tb Fresh cilantro, chopped
1 pn Salt 1/4 ts Red pepper, optional
3 ea Scallions, sliced 2 ts Toasted sesame seeds
1 tb Soy sauce
Break linguini in half. In a medium pot, cook linguini in boiling salted
water till al dente, about 8 minutes. Drain. Combine linguini with
remaining ingredients & serve warm or at room temperature.
