Pastas Pasta Jambalaya Categories: Pasta, Casseroles, Wrv
Yield: 1 servings
2 c Chicken; diced
1/2 lb Tasso or smoked sausage;chop
1/4 c Green pepper; chopped
1/4 c Red onion; chopped
1 tb Minced garlic
x Creole seasoning
1/4 Stick butter
x Grated provolone
x Grated gouda
1 lb Three-colored pasta; cooked
Saute meats in oil. Add pepper, onion, garlic, seasoning and butter. Heat.
Toss with pasta and serve with grated cheeses. |
