Cherry Pork Loin

      4 lb Pork loin roast which has be      1/4 c  Red wine Vinegar 
    1/2 ts Salt                                2 tb Corn syrup 
    1/2 ts Pepper                            1/4 ts Ground cloves 
    1/4 ts Crushed dried thyme               1/4 ts Nutmeg 
      1 c  Cherry preserves                  1/4 ts Cinnamon 
  
  ~----------Cherry Sauce-------------- Rub roast thoroughly with mixture of 
  preceding ingredients. Roast, uncover Combine sauce ingredients and bring 
  just to boiling; simmer 1-4 minutes. DIRECTIONS: Spoon sauce over the roast 
  after it has cooked about 2 1/2 hours and cook r
