Coffee Brickle Ice Cream *

      2 tb Instant coffee                    3/4 c  Almonds; chopped, toasted 
      2 ts Water; hot                        1/3 c  Brickle chips 
      1 cn Sweetened condensed milk            2 ts Vanilla 
      4 c  Half & half                         1 ts Almond extract 
  
  In small bowl, dissolve coffee in water. In ice cream freezer container, 
  combine all ingredients; mix well. Freeze according to manufacturer's 
  directions. Makes 2 quarts.
