      2 c  Pureed raspberries,sweetened 
           To taste 
      1 tb Kirsch or rum 
      1 c  Heavy cream, whipped 
  
  Combine fruit and kirsch and fold into the whipped cream.  Chill well. 
  Other berries or fruits may be substituted for the raspberries.
