      3 c  Cold water                          2 tb Grenadine syrup 
      1 c  Lemon juice (about 4 lemons)        1    2 Or 3 dr Red food coloring, 
    1/2 c  Sugar                                    -if Desired 
  
  Tastes vary as to how sweet lemonade should be, so you may want to. Mix all 
  ingredients.  Serve over ice. 6 SERVINGS (ABOUT 3/4 CUP EACH); 70 CALORIES
