Mango Yogurt Parfait

      1 c  Cubed mango pieces 
      1 c  Vanilla low-fat yogurt 
           -(or peach-flavored without 
           -the fruit) 
  
  Layer mango cubes and yogurt into parfait glasses. Serve with a long 
  spoon and garnish with a mango cube and a sprig of mint.
