      Yield: 1 cup 
  
    1/2 c  Sun-dried tomatoes; finely 
           Chopped 
    1/2 c  Black olives 
      2    Cloves garlic 
      1 tb Fresh basil 
      2 tb Olive oil 
      1 ts Red wine vinegar 
           Salt & pepper to taste 
  
   Combine all ingredients until well blended. Season with salt & 
  papper to taste. This is a good salsa to accompany seafood.
