    1/2 c  Tahini                            1/4 c  Brown rice syrup; -OR- 
      8 oz Firm (or firm silken) tofu        1/3 c  -Honey 
      1    Lemon; zested and juiced            2 tb White miso 
    1/4 c  Cider vinegar                     1/2 c  Water 
      1    Garlic clove; minced            
  
  Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until the mixture is smooth. 
  Cool and use as desired.
