Homemade Chile Powder

      Yield: 1 servings 
  
    1/4 c  Dried chile peppers (either         1 tb Cumin seeds 
           Mild ones, such as Anaheim          2 ts Salt 
           Or pasilla, or a combination        1 ts Ground cloves 
           Of mild and hot)                    1 ts Ground coriander 
  
  In a blender, whirl the chile peppers and cumin seeds to a powder.  Mix 
  well with the rest of the ingredients.  Store in an airtight container.
