    1/4 c  Milk                              1/4 ts Garlic Salt 
      1 c  Mayonnaise                          1    Onion (Chopped) 
      3 dr Tabasco Sauce                       8 oz Cheddar Cheese (Cubed) 
      1 tb Worcestershire Sauce                5 oz Shrimp (Drained) 
  
  Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.  Served chilled.
