Papaya Cucumber Salsa

      Yield: 6 servings 
  
      2 c  Finely diced English                2 tb Chopped fresh dill 
           -cucumber, unpeeled                 2 tb White wine vinegar or lime 
      2 c  Diced peeled papaya or mango             -juice 
  
  pepper 
   
  In bowl, combine cucumber, papaya, dill and vinegar.  Season with pepper to 
  taste.  Salsa can be prepared up to one day in advance; drain liquid off 
  before serving.
