      1 kg Green tomatoes                      1 c  Water 
      1 ea Lemon                               3 c  Sugar 
  
  Slice tomatoes & lemon thinly.  Put tomatoes, lemon & sugar into a pot with 
  the water.  Bring to a boil, reduce heat & simmer for 1 hour. Transfer to a 
  warmed sterile jars.
