    1/4 c  Chopped Fresh Cilantro                   - Peeled, Seeded and Minced 
           - Leaves                          1/4 c  Chopped Onion 
      2 md Tomatoes, Chopped                   1    Minced Garlic Clove 
      1 sm Serrano or Jalapeno Pepper        1/2 ts Red Wine Vinegar 
  
  Mix all ingredients.  Serve with tortilla chips or Mexican foods.  Great in
