           In medium bowl, combine the              -softened 
           -crumbs, powdered sugar,            1    (14 oz.) can EAGLE BRAND 
           -cocoa                                   -SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK 
           And butter or margarine.                 (NOT evaporated) 
           -Press firmly on bottom of          4    EGGS
