      3 ea Egg 
      1 T  Butter 
      4 ea Bacon slices, crumbled 
    1/4 c  Cheddar cheese, shredded 
      2 T  Sour cream 
      1 T  Chive, snipped 
  
  Mix eggs slightly.  Combine with bacon, cheese,sour cream, and chives 
  and cook the same as french omelet.
