Beef Nacho Casserole

      Yield: 6 servings 
  
      1 lb Ground beef                         1 tb Chili powder 
     12 oz Chunky salsa (1 jar)                2 c  Tortilla chips (crushed) 
      1 c  Sweet corn                          2 c  Colby/Monterey Jack cheese 
    3/4 c  Mircale Whip(R)                 
  
  1>. Heat oven to 350ÜF. Brown meat; drain. Stir in salsa, corn, Miracle 
  Whip(R) and chili powder. 2>. Layer 1/2 meat mixture, chips and cheese in 
  2-quart casserole. Repeat layers. 3>. Bake 20 minutes or until thoroughly 
  heated. Top with shredded lettuce and chopped tomato, if desired.
