Cakes Banana Nut Cake Categories: Cakes, Fruits/nuts
Yield: 1 servings
3 Mashed bananas
1 1/2 c Sugar
1/2 c Oil
1 Egg
1/4 c Milk
1 1/2 c Flour
1 ts Baking soda
1/2 c Walnuts (optional)
Mix together in order given. Pour into lightly greased and floured oblong
or small loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. |
