Breakfasts Potato Griddle Cakes Categories: Breakfast
Yield: 1 servings
2 c Potatoes; grated 1 ts Baking powder
1 ea Egg; beaten 1 ts Salt; level
1/2 c Flour; sifted 1/8 ts Pepper
Mix and bake on greased griddle in three-inch cakes. Serve with butter and
syrup.
