Natural All Wheat Bread For The Zojirushi

      Yield: 1 loaf 
  
  1 1/2 c  Water; 110Ü degrees 
      3 ts Dry yeast 
    1/3 c  Honey 
      3 c  Whole wheat flour 
    1/4 c  Wheat gluten 
      2 ts Salt 
  
  Place 3 teaspoons fo dry yeast into Home bakery pan.  Add 1 1/2 cups of 
  lukewarm water (110Ü degrees).  Mix with spatula until dissolved.  Add 1/3 
  cup of honey and blend together with spatula.  In a separate bowl, mix 3 
  cups of wheat flour and 1/4 cup of wheat gluten, also add 2 t. of salt, 
  then place then ingredients into pan.  Select BASIC WHEAT BREAD setting and 
  press START.
