      2 c  Flour                               1 c  Chocolate chips 
  1 1/2 ts Cinnamon                            1 c  Nuts 
      2 ts Baking powder                       1 ts Cinnamon 
    1/2 ts Baking soda                         1 c  Brown sugar 
    2/3 c  Oil                               1/4 c  Melted butter

  oven for at least 30 minutes. Mix all ingredients and put in greased 9 x 13 
  pan and top with the topping mixture.
