      3 oz Light cream or milk 
      2    Scoops vanilla ice cream 
  
  Preparation : Combine the ingredients and blend until creamy. Pour into 
  stemmed glasses to 1 inch from the top. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle 
  with chocolate shavings.
