      3    Nectarines; up to 4                 1 tb Lemon juice 
           -peeled & sliced, to make 1         1 tb Sugar 
           -cup slices                         1 c  -Cracked ice 
    1/2 c  Orange juice; fresh             
  
  Try this also with peaches, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries or 
  raspberries. 
   
  Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend for 1 minute at medium 
  speed until smooth.
