    3/4 kg Lean minced beef 
      1 c  Soft bread crumbs 
      1    Egg 
    1/3 c  Tomato ketchup 
  1 1/2 ts Salt 
    1/4 ts Pepper 
    1/2 c  Chopped onions 
    1/2 ts Oregano 
  
  Combine ingredients, mix well, bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour. 
  Makes great sadwiches!  Just slice when the loaf is cold.
