West Indies Salad

      Yield: 4 servings 
  
      1 lb Crabmeat                            4 oz Olive Oil 
      3 tb Chopped Onion                       4 oz Vinegar 
           Salt And Pepper                     4 oz Ice Water 
  
  Put onions in bowl, add meat, salt, and pepper.  Then oil, vinegar, and ice 
  water in that order, let set at least 1 hour before serving.
