1 Onion Large Finely Chopped 1/4 c Vinegar
1 Cucumber Finely Chopped 1/4 c Oil
3 Tomatoes Finely Chopped 1 Juice from squeezed Lemon
3 Radishes Finely Chopped 1 ds Salt
1 Bunch Green Onions(tops,to) 1 ds Pepper
1/2 Bunch Cilantro (no stems)
Combine all ingredients. If desired, add 3 or 4 finely chopped jalapeno
peppers without seeds. |
